Suspension Period |
| Suspend one month rental period
for every 2 consecutive rental months. |

A
company has a project and decided the production cycle
is 1 year.
They rent one lot of instruments from IRL, and their project
cycle is decribed as follow : |

In
the January & February, the production line is run
smoothly and they are enjoyed the rental discount normally. |

In
the March, due to the long-term holiday, the production
line must be interrupted. In the meantime, they have accumlated
a month of " Temporary Suspend" for their emergency
use. They DON'T need to pay any charge within this period;
they just need to return the instrument to IRL within
TSP temporary. |

The
project cycle is continuous again. And they can keep on
enjoying the 3 rd month rental discount rate. Also the
TSP is refreshed to accumulate again. |

months later, the product cycle stop again caused by component
ahortage. On the other hand, they have already accumlated
2 months of TSP to face this unexpected problem. AGAIN,
they DON'T NEED to pay any charge within this period.
And just need to return the instrument to IRL within TSP
temporary. |

After
the holiday, the project starts again. And the rental
term is continuous from the 6 th month rental discount
rate. |
